Yoga Through Literature with Imagery and Imagination

Breakout Description:
This class will focus on basic yoga poses for all levels, how to do them, and fun ways to use them. We will introduce and try out basic yoga poses (feel free to ask you questions and modifications here).  We will do yoga along with the reading of a children's yoga book "Rachel's Day in the Garden" by Kids Yoga Stories as an example of how to use a storybook to inspire movement.  As teachers, we will model ways we can engage and utilize our student's imaginations to create our very own story... and maybe even our own yoga moves.  The most important thing is to have fun and move our amazing bodies!  Yoga is for every BODY - you do not need to be flexible.
No experience required.  No mat or yoga clothes needed (skirts may not be the best idea
