Stacking and Jumping

Breakout Description:
Come to this session to learn all about Speed Stacks and Chinese Jump Ropes. These two activities work great when you have the entire gym as well as when you have limited space. Speed Stacks improve reaction time and require students to use both sides of their brain. We all love activities that cross the mid-line! Chinese Jump Ropes ... an old time favorite ... that students truly enjoy. After 10 minutes or 45 minutes, with either of these activities, students are sure to get out their wiggles as well as challenge them physically. They will be ready to focus better and stay on task.
